CHEMTOV was founded on a simple belief: property management should feel personal. After working with several of Montreal’s larger property management firms, our Director, Corey Meyer, gained extensive experience managing condominium communities while seeing firsthand where the traditional management model often falls short. As firms grow, communication can become less personal, properties can begin to feel like numbers, and the relationship between management and the people they serve can easily be lost.

CHEMTOV was created to do things differently. We intentionally remain a focused, hands-on firm so that we can know our properties, understand their individual challenges, and build real relationships with the people and communities behind them. We want our clients to know who is managing their property—and to know they can reach us.

We are building around the things we believe larger firms too often lose along the way: responsiveness, transparency, accountability, and genuine service. As we continue to grow, our goal is not to become the biggest management company in Montreal. It is to remain one of the most trusted, personal, and attentive—while protecting the communities and properties we manage for the long term.
